McKenna's Purchase Unit Owners Association

McKenna's Purchase Unit Owners Association is a condominium complex built in the late 1980's - early 1990's. The association was built in seven phases that completed the buildings and grounds. There are 148 townhome units, dormered and non-dormered that contain at least two bedrooms, one and a half baths, full basement along with an attached one car garage.

The association is responsible for all common area exterior repairs and replacement, common grounds maintenance including lawn care and snow removal.

 

The members or homeowners are responsible for maintenance and care of the interior of their homes, including windows and doors, along with general maintenance of adjacent limited common area. See condominium documents for specific information.

The culture of the association is that of a welcoming, quiet community. Members are responsible homeowners who abide by the rules and regulations and respect their neighbors. The owner occupancy is 95% and we have a very diverse range of members from first time home buyers to downsizing retired  members.

McKenna's is a responsible association, that is 100% FHA/VA approved and we work very hard to maintain property values, while keeping association dues at a reasonable rate. In the thirty four years since the association's inception there has never been a special assessment.
